Villa Cettia Cetti is one of the most beautiful waterfront villas on the Croatian island of Brac. Situated on the pretty bay of Sumartin, this contemporary villa is built on 3 levels accessible either by stairs or by an interior elevator. This beautiful vacation home is truly waterfront. All you have to do is cross the terrace, where you'll find a lovely heated swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, to reach the small pontoon and enjoy the beautiful waters by swimming or exploring the bay with the kayaks provided by the owners. The view from the villa is simply sumptuous, with the mountains and village of Sumartin blending into the distance and the sea in the foreground. Inside, everything has been done to make guests feel relaxed and at home. A beautiful living/dining room with a large dining table, corner sofa and large LCD smart TV, pool table and sauna. Large bay windows provide plenty of natural light and open onto the terrace and pool. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, all with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. In the evening, guests need only open the French windows to enjoy a cocktail in the outdoor summer lounge, where they can all enjoy convivial evenings with friends or family in an environment that will leave indelible memories.
