Exterior :

• The external living space includes a large concrete dining table for 12 persons with wooden benches and a built corner sofa
• The pool level is two steps below, at the same level with the indoor living space. The” infinity” pool is L shaped, surrounding the house and providing a swimming lane 1.4 wide, 1.2 deep and approximately 15 meters long. Outdoor shower
• The external coal barbeque is situated at the corridor behind the house, communicating with the kitchen through a sliding window
• There are two more external sitting areas, the first is at the other side of the pool and the second is 7-8 meters north-west from the pool, providing the best sunset view of the house

Interior (250 sqm) :

Ground floor

• A right turn leads to the living spaces whereas bedrooms are on the left
• The east facing patio adjacent to the main entrance allows natural light to enter through its plain glass walls and provides a view to the natural surrounding environment (stone, oregano and thyme bushes) as well as the olive tree of the patio
• The spacious living and dining area includes a concrete built sofa facing the fireplace, a dining table and the kitchen
• The latter is elevated by two steps and separated by a long concrete bench from the rest of the living space. A “horse” door (separate upper & lower part) leads from the kitchen to the external living area which is at the same level
• The corridor to the left of the main entrance and next to the patio leads to the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is divided by a short wall from the bedroom. There is separate en-suite closed WC. The master bedroom has direct access to the pools’ swimming lane and has sun-set sea view
• The second bedroom of this floor is at the end of the corridor, along with the second separate bathroom. The bedroom has its own private sea view balcony

Lower floor

• A stair connects the main living space with the play-room below that is equipped with TV and DVD, a table tennis and a kitchenette with a small fridge
• A corridor from the play-room, leads to the two main bedrooms of this floor. Their internal architectural arrangement is similar to the upper floor. They both have access to a patio surrounded by the house and a view towards the sea
• A fifth, secondary room with a sofa bed is situated next to the play-room. It has no natural light and no designated bathroom
