A hidden staircase between the two leads to a viewing platform made for sunset rituals, flute of champagne in hand
• Follow the stone path from the driveway to discover a separate outdoor kitchen, beneath a vaulted dome. With its barbecue, breakfast bar, and dining table, it’s the perfect space for al fresco entertaining, detached from the main villa

• The villa unfolds in a flowing, almost dreamlike layout — a sequence of luminous spaces that honor both tradition and modernity. Inspired by Moroccan architecture, every detail echoes a distant riad: graceful arches, handcrafted tiles, domes and lanterns, all reimagined in a fresh and contemporary palette
• The main living room is expansive yet cocooned, with plush seating, an oversized screen, soft textiles, and integrated sound — a space for lounging, listening, and unwinding in cool, shaded comfort
• To the right, through an arched passage, lies the indoor kitchen — designed in an L-shape, complete with a central island, glass cabinetry, induction stove and a pantry for discreet storage
• Facing the kitchen, a wooden dining table carved with a central mandala invites slow, candlelit meals under a sleek, sculptural light fixture
• At the heart of the home are three luxurious bedrooms — each with a king-size bed, ample storage, a private terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. One suite is accessed from outside, offering the ultimate in privacy. The primary suite is a true haven, with indoor and outdoor access, a sweeping ensuite with a jacuzzi tub overlooking the view, twin sinks framed by artful mismatched tiles, and dual showers — one indoors, one beneath the sky
