Adorned with terracotta roofing and flooring, a stone-paved terrace, a Tuscan ochre façade, and enveloped by fragrant orange groves, this luxury villa exudes an authentic rustic ambiance, promising an immersive Mediterranean experience. The swimming pool is a 5 x 14 meter-long infinity pool which makes you feel like the pool and the sea are continuous. It is equipped with baldachins (canopies), and sun beds are an option if you decide not to go to the beach. In the evenings this can become your favorite sunset viewing spot. Add a glass of your favorite beverage, and it becomes a pleasant and relaxing moment

On the other side of the terrace, there is a covered outside dining area for eight guests with BBQ area where you have the possibility of grilling fresh fish caught by local fishermen in the bay in front of the Villa. If you are a fish lover, note that the main fishing season is May and June, when you can observe tuna and yellow-tail being caught regularly. A perfect place for evening gatherings with family members or friends
Uniqueness of this property are 300 meters of seashore, and its own private beach in an uninhabited bay with the possibility of mooring boats. On the beach there are wooden sun beds, shower and kayak. Beach is carved into the rocks, and with a natural sea pool for children — all exclusively for our guests to use. No neighbor's houses at this beach, no disturbances, no distractions
