Villa Xema Sabini is set in 3.8 hectares of seafront grounds on the northwest coast of the island of Pag. As you stroll through its enchanting grounds, surrounded by olive trees, oleanders and other Mediterranean plants, you'll discover breathtaking panoramic sea views. Each day, you can choose a new vantage point - from the upper terrace, the pool or the private beach - to savor the spellbinding hues of the sunset, ranging from soft oranges to spectacular purples. On arrival, you'll climb to the highest point of the property, where the driveway leads to a large parking area and the villa entrance. On one level, this villa features a beautiful living/dining room and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. You'll enjoy a calm environment surrounded by magnificent unspoilt nature, with direct access to the sea. And if you want to get to more lively places, Novalja is just a 15-minute drive away, with its many stores and restaurants.
