This charming villa sits just steps away from its own secluded beach (50 meters) near the renowned Golden Beach. With space for 10-12 guests, it’s perfect for two families with children. Inside, the blend of stone, marble, and wood creates a unique ambiance, complemented by the calming white interior. Outside, a 200m2 terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea, featuring a private swimming pool (5x10), comfortable seating areas, two large pergolas, and a BBQ. Conveniently located, it offers easy access to other villages and beaches on the island, including Naousa village, just a 20-minute drive away. Nearby, there’s a restaurant offering daily take-away food, along with a supermarket/bakery. Note that on the same property, there’s another similar villa (VILLA DÉMÉTER) separated by a wooden fence, sharing a private tennis court. During summer afternoons (16h to 19h), you might hear music from a beach bar located 3 kilometers away, depending on the wind’s direction.Exterior :
