Located in the south of the island of Paros, in the Cyclades, the three vacation homes feature outdoor spaces offering breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. These prestigious properties are surrounded by a magnificent garden, adorned with numerous local trees and flowers. Set in 13,000 m2 of seafront grounds, each villa is totally secluded and private, with its own outdoor space and freshwater infinity pool. There's also an organic vegetable garden that produces seasonal vegetables and fruit used for meals prepared by the resort's chef. Facing the sea, to the right of its sister villa ATHÉNA II, villa ATHÉNA III presents a more modern style, with its warm, earthy colors and unique features such as an indoor olive tree and indoor-outdoor shower; it is in absolute harmony with its surroundings. It includes several comfortable sitting areas with breathtaking sea views, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the island's unique atmosphere.
