Main Villa - Upper Floor

• 1. Presidential Suite : Bedroom with King-size double bed (1.8 X 2 m), living room, office, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with double shower, plunge heated pool with dual water fall jets and whirlpool Jacuzzi. Safe box and an additional private living area with its own private balcony
• 2. Twin Bedroom : Two single beds (0.90 X 2 m) with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub

Main Villa - Ground Floor

• 2. Family suite : separate small studio consisting of a sleeping area with a queen size bed (1.60 X 2 m), an en-suite bathroom with shower and a private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. It can accommodate two more people if necessary with the use of a big convertible couch
• Two separate living areas with satellite television, home cinema, music system
• A dining area with a dining table for 8-10 people and the kitchen area
• Fully equipped kitchen

Main Villa - Lower Floor

• Two more bedrooms, both with a queen size bed (1.60 X 2 m) and an en-suite bathroom with shower as well as another spacious multi-use living are available for our guests. All of them overlook the garden and have a panoramic view of the old town and the sea at the same time.
• Fully equipped gym (Treadmills, elliptical machine, multi gym machine, weight lifting, exercise mats) and also the relaxing spa area with a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna and a massage space, shower and wc all of them overlooking the garden
• On a separate section and in total privacy on that floor level there is also a small studio apartment with its own entrance, totally separate and autonomous, that can sleep 2-3 people and can accommodate, upon request only, our guests ‘s support stuff or additional guests. It consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a living area with an adequately equipped kitchenette
