As you enter this luxurious villa, you'll be impressed by the long, light-filled living room, which opens onto the terrace thanks to the large picture windows. Elegantly decorated with a variety of objets d'art. A kitchen-dining area completes the living space. The lower level features another living room, but dedicated to relaxation and serving as a TV lounge. On either side of this room are bedrooms. This level will be very popular with teenagers, as it gives them a degree of autonomy. The master bedroom is on the second floor. Finally, an independent guest house with two bedrooms is located near the pergola and would be ideal for two couples of friends or parents with children.
