- 1 natural stone swimming pool, 1.40 m deep. The saltwater swimming pool is secured by an alarm, but is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure that children are supervised

- The entrance to the villa is via a pedestrian gate or an automatic gate leading to a private driveway where you can park 2 vehicles
