La Yole
The Martinique yole, also known as a round yole, is a traditional boat from Martinique, an island in the French West Indies. The round skiffs are powered by the wind and require a great deal of coordination and skill on the part of the crew. The races are often very competitive and sometimes end in sprint finishes.
